What are Parties?
The Party system allows you to connect with friends and meet new people in Stageverse. When you first spawn into the ‘verse, you will automatically join a Party where you’ll be able to meet other users and voice chat with them. You can also create your own Party, hop between different Parties to meet new people and explore, and even invite friends to your Party to experience Stageverse together.
Finding Parties
You can find Parties on Location pages. Parties in Stageverse always happen at a Location. This means as you travel across Stageverse and explore new Locations, you will also move Parties. A Party always stays at the Location in which it was created.
You can also explore other Parties currently happening at your Location on the People tab of the Menu.
Creating a Party
You can create a Party from Location pages by selecting the ‘Start a Party’ button. You can choose the name of your party and set its privacy settings from this flow.

Party Privacy
- Public parties will be visible to all users in Stageverse.
- Private parties will be ‘private’ and invisible to users within Stageverse. Users can only access Private Parties if they are invited.
- Friends parties are only visible to your friends in Stageverse or those who are invited.
How do I invite my friends to a Party?
You can invite your friends to your party either by inviting them in-app (by searching their Username on the Add Members screen) or by copying the Party Link on the Add Members screen and sending it to them via Text or other messaging services.

Joining a Party with a Party Link
On Mobile, Friends can join your party via the Party Link by tapping on the link you send them. The link will open the Stageverse app and automatically join them into the party if they have the app installed and an active account signed in. If they do not have the app installed, the link will direct them to download the app at the appropriate app store.
Can my party move from one Location to another?
Parties in Stageverse always happen at a specific Location. This means you will need to hop between parties as you travel across Stageverse and explore new Locations. Friends can move across Stageverse together by using the Party Invite system described above (using either Party Codes or Party Links).
